Shipping and Returns
How long does my order take to ship?
All orders are processed and dispatched within 5–10 working days. This timeframe allows us to carefully prepare, check, and pack each item before it is sent. Once dispatched, delivery times will depend on the shipping option selected at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on leotards.
Please note:
Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage cannot be returned.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Sale & branded items
Sale items and personalised or branded products are non-refundable unless faulty.
